Does he wait for the whole three-day rule? I mean, he asked for it first, so I am at a loss for how to explain this...What is with guys getting numbers and waiting to call?
In this day and age, there's a lot of confusion for guys. Every woman is different, and just in case guys don't want to come off as needy or clingy, therefore the wait period was invented. Some say that it was invented as a courtesy for women, and allow them to do their homework, which ironically is what you are doing in this case. The wait period can be 2 to 5 days. Chances are he's wondering the same thing: when to call you. The 3 day rule started in the late eighties, when the dating scene started changing and pick up lines were a thing of the past. Women have become smarter and have put men's motives under deep study, therefore men found a need to become cautious. In my opinion, it seems the best thing to do is honestly tell a woman when to expect my call. That would be ideal, but every guy is different.What is with guys getting numbers and waiting to call?
well i would not wait for him.if he did not ask you for your phone number and then ask you if you would go out with him the same night some thing is wrong.you can bet if i ask you for you number it is because i would like to take you out and see if we could be friend,s and then go from there.you haft to be friend,s be for you can make on to the next spot if this is what you,ll.with out a heart,mind and soul there is now reason to even try to go any where.
Either he lost interest or he doesn't want to appear too desperate.
The only way to find out which one is to wait and see if he calls.
