whitepages.com, zabasearch.com, and google.com are the three best of all the free ones. the others claim to be ';free'; but give very little info and want you to pay for more info, to make sure you have the person you are seeking, and not just someone with the same nameAre there any places with free people searches? For accessing phone numbers or email addresses without a fee?
Google the ';White Pages';. It doesn't charge and I have had a few successes with it. It still is limited though and will generally bump you to a page that baits you to buy their services. For me, what worked best, was to use the last name and a first initial, a state or city if I knew it. I think you get more options this way. If too specific, that's when it will say they found someone with that name and for details you can pay...
